Every elopement package includes:
Your client portal will have a ton of resources available for your elopement, including things such as:
- Trail Information, Maps, Photos, and more.
- Recommendations for Lodging & Additional Vendors
- Activity Recommendations in your Destination
- Permit and Marriage License Information
- Additional Planning Resources for your Elopement
Time flies when you're having the best day of your life! While we know elopements are pretty laid back and allow flexibility, we will created a timeline for your special day as well as a backup plan!
This allows us to have plenty of time for everything you dream of, and keep the adventure rolling smoothly!
You can expect your sneak peeks (10-20 Images) and your highlight video (if included) on your online gallery within 48 hours of your elopement day! Your full gallery (250-700+, depending on what your elopement day looks like) and your documentary film (if included) will be available within 6 weeks after your elopement day!
Every elopement package includes a complimentary album design when their final gallery is delivered! This allows you to see the materials, colors, and sizes of our signature albums so that you can have a heirloom with your epic memories!
All travel costs (flights, car rentals, lodging, etc.) for the team as well as taxes are rolled into your collection pricing! We want to be fully transparent with our couples from the beginning, so we will never pile extra fees on top of your elopement package!

The world is full of beautiful locations, and with so much freedom, it may feel overwhelming- but there's nothing to worry about, that just means you have so many opportunities!
I will listen to all of your dreams and desires, and provide you an in-depth list of several destinations, locations, and activities in the area that I believe will be the perfect place to elope!
Once you submit an inquiry form, I will get back to you within 24 hours with a greeting, as well as a link to my Pricing Guide!
My Welcome Guide will have my collections and pricing, as well as form to schedule your free consultation call with me so that we can talk about your dreams for your elopement, and determine which package best suits what you're looking for, or we can create a tailored package that perfectly fits your wildest dreams!
There is a $1,000 retainer for US Packages. There is a $1,500 retainer for Worldwide Destination Packages. A contract is also due at booking to secure your date.
For collections with 8+ hours of coverage, I include a highlight video that is 3-10 minutes long and includes cinematic clips from throughout your elopement adventure, as well as the full audio from your vows! You will receive your Highlight Video within 7 days after your elopement, and then you will receive a Documentary Film within 6 weeks after your elopement.
When we take a few moments to get those dreamy images, I will also give you some direction with movement to capture some dreamy cinematic clips for your films.
There is always the possibility of rain when you plan an event outdoors in advance- but honestly, being flexible and ready for anything is part of eloping!
If toughing out rainy weather isn't part of your dream elopement, I always suggest that couples book a nice Airbnb that will allow a ceremony instead of a hotel, that way we can still have and document your ceremony! If the entire day has a forecast of heavy thunderstorms that aren't safe for exploring, I do offer to move your service to the day before or after!
Making a difference- even a small one- is something myself and my team try to do every day. To contribute to the efforts made by respectable organizations, we donate 5% of your booking to one of three organizations who work to preserve the planet and wildlife. All clients receive a special gift from us after their elopement, which will also contain a note of how much was donated, and to which organization. These organizations include:

- The Ocean Cleanup
- Leave No Trace
